New development of 800+ luxury apartments in 3 blocks comprising two 21 floor towers and the unique famous glass skypool. Built using slipforming technology and efficient precast structural elements.
Main contractor: Ballymore.
Our company was responsible for setting out and quality checks from the main contractors side.
Creating and maintaining control networks and daily quality check of the RC, groundworks and drylining subcontractors.
